VA MiD Available
- 1 Download the VA MiD app from the App Store or Google Play.
- 2 Create or sign in to your Virginia DMV account.
- 3 Follow the in-app prompts to scan the front and back of your Virginia driver's license or ID.
- 4 Complete the identity verification step.
- 5 Your Mobile ID will be available in the app once approved by the Virginia DMV.
